Web orders are eligible for a full refund or exchange if returned within 30 days of purchase to our returns department

What are the requirements for returns?

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of you receiving your order.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, damaged, or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags and accessories attached.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • Shipping charges are not reimbursed for return purchases
  • Discounted/Promotion/Sale, Body Products, Intimate Apparel, & Special Order items may not be returned
  • We are unable to process your return if these requirements aren’t met.


How should I send my merchandise back?

  • Securely package your items and use a reputable shipper
  • We recommend using for flat rate shipping + insurance.
  • Enclose a copy of the receipt and completed GLOBAL VILLAGE RETURN FORM.

What is the refund & processing time?

If your package arrives at the Global Village Returns Department within the 30-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 7 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Global Village.


Are in-store exchanges & returns allowed?

In-store returns are refunded in the form of store credit only, with proof of purchase. Requirements for returns must be met. There are no refunds.


What if I receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item(s)?

Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s), please return the merchandise within 2 weeks from the original ship date to our Online Returns address above. You will be reimbursed for standard shipping (UPS ground, USPS Flat Rate + insurance or FEDEX ground).
